The Job:
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, experienced care worker to join our dedicated Healthcare Practitioner Team. You will be responsible for assisting individuals in nursing and care home settings, promoting independence, supporting with personal care and social support.The hours are as follows: Full-time hours available 44 hours per week on a 12-hour shift system days or nights.
